Working for national and international market leading organisations such as Nikwax, Kathmandu, the British Heart Foundation and the LVMH Group has provided exposure to an extensive range of consumer markets. Gaining intelligence on the consumer psyche has been crucial as I have worked effectively with international teams/colleagues to plan/build processes to align with business growth. I love to travel and have worked in a number of countries building a comprehensive understanding of the European and wider global outdoor market, whilst exploring numerous cultures and developing a more in depth interest in sustainability practices. Most recently, my involvement in local government at East Sussex County Council has enabled me to fulfill an ambition of working specifically in project management, a highly transferable field prevalent in both the public and private sector. Overseeing multiple building and infrastructure projects as a conduit between project managers and the county council provides daily challenges to overcome which has effectively connected with Prince 2 training completed in summer 2024.I like to try new ideas, and with resilience being one of my key characteristics, am constantly seeking a positive outcome.
