· Commissioning of Metering stations, including Process Instrumentation, Remote Telemetry systems, Flow Computers and Gas analysers.· Accuracy Verification Testing (AVT) on flow meters, flow computers and ancillary equipment.· Conduct maintenance and repairs of process analysers and chromatographs.· GE flow meter verification, commissioning and maintenance activities.· Calibration, Diagnosing and troubleshooting of Metering, Instrumentation and control systems.· Providing technical support for issues within the Metering and Instrumentation domain.· Liaising with Production engineers to assist with resolution of Metering and Instrumentation issues.· Identifying maintenance requirements and improvements to address Metering inefficiencies and outages caused by Metering, Instrumentation and Control failures.· Audit and Inspection services.· Constructing metering documentation and procedures.

· Pre-Commissioning/Commissioning of process Instrumentation associated with Yokogawa PCS/SIS/F&G and Vendor packages.· Configuration of Foundation Fieldbus and HART Instruments using Yokogowa PRM (Plant Resources Manager).· Performing Valve Signatures for Fisher valve positioners using ValveLink software and partial stroke testing of Metso SDV’s.· Complete ITR’s, Punchlist clearance and completions documentation.· Carry out process isolations for electrical and instrument systems.· End to end functional testing of SIF logic associated with safety instrument systems.

· Participate in planned shutdown works, installation and cutting over of field devices on operational plant.· Working in accordance with and adhering to all HSE regulations, permits and company policies.· Organise permits prior to commencing work, prepare/review JSEA and site safety review.· Installation of new equipment in marshalling racks as per drawings and specifications.· Liaise with engineers and operations for efficient tie-in’s of new devices with minimal disruption to the process and production.· Complete Pre-energisation checks, ITR’s, SAT’s and hazardous area inspections.

· Working with principle engineers, permit officers and technicians in the upgrade of non-compliant hazardous areas.· Perform point to point, loop checks, calibrations and bench testing of field devices.· Install/replace new field devices to measure mass flow, temperature and pressure.· Consult with Transgrid personnel in the testing and compliance of the pressurised air ventilation control system.· Installation of hydrostatic level transmitters and RTU skid for remote monitoring of dam levels.· Organise, resource and implement hardware modifications to Control/Communications cabinets, marshalling panels, DCS systems and associated equipment (Yokogawa Centum and Prosafe).· Perform Pre-energisation checks, SAT’s, ITR’s and completions documentation.· Redline/update as-built site documentation.

· Installation and testing of Electrical systems as per AS/NZS3000 & AS/NZS3008.· Installation, commission and maintenance of PLC’s & HMI’s (Allen Bradley & Schneider).· Installation and commission of VSD’s (ABB & Schneider).· Install and maintain temperature/pressure/flow transmitters and control valves.· Installation of chiller energy management & monitoring systems - economy cycle & smart metering for HVAC systems.· Installation and testing of industrial networking systems – Modbus, BACnet Ethernet and 3G modem.· Installation and commissioning of Tri-Generation System utilising a Gas Engine to drive a Generator, Absorption Chiller and Heating system.· Installation and commissioning of Nitrogen Generators for High Altitude Training Simulators and Mining Industry.· AutoCAD – Develop Electrical Schematics & Control Panel layouts to customer’s requirements.· Testing & certification of laboratory fume cupboards.· Routine preventative maintenance/breakdowns of control systems, chiller plants and associated equipment.
