Together with my brother, I founded the start-up E-Optim, after recognizing the market need for independent energy consultants. We help small businesses and consumers save money on their energy bill. We managed to get more than 2000 customers and continue to grow further. Additionally, I created a CRM system and software to automate the administrative part, using PHP and Java.

During this project, I was involved in the development of a web application for the start-up inFlights. The main goal was to built an MVP, namely a working prototype for their platform, as quick as possible. We used Ruby on Rails for this platform with a team consisting of less than 5 people.

Together with one friend we brought IAESTE Leuven back to life - after a period of non-existence. Being part of a worldwide student network, we promotedIAESTE to local students, and arranged for the accommodation of incoming foreign students. This is accomplished together with a relatively small team of students in Leuven, which is a part of IAESTE Belgium (https://www.linkedin.com/company/iaeste-belgium).

I gave private lessons for students for courses in science and mathematics.
