Principal Traffic Signal Engineer & Modeller with a demonstrated 4½ -year history of working across the transport planning and civil engineering industries. Ben has developed vast experience in multiple different areas expertise specialising in the development and delivery of traffic signal-controlled junctions. This includes the development of both physical and operational designs where he is also qualified and highly experienced in the implementation of MOVA control.Ben’s exposure to projects has led to the support of project delivery through all stages (feasibility, preliminary and detailed) of design. His educational background including the development of his problem-solving skills, are key to the way Ben approaches his work. Ben strives to collaborate with all team members aiming to promote and support others’ development as well as his own. Through the delivery of his work, he has experience solving real world challenges such as the climate crisis, by seeking carbon reduction in his schemes and driving innovation using new products and techniques to the market.Ben is an ambitious individual with an appetite to progress his career developing both his technical and commercial knowledge.
