- Generate new projects leads and sales- Manage, lead and mentor each Project Manager nationally- Build strong relationships with key consultants and other clients nationally- Measure, monitor and manage the national projects business performance- Conduct weekly meetings with all Project Managers- Provide project solutions for our team and our clients- Look for constant improvements to implement throughout the projects division- Quote on major projects and or review the final quotes completed by the PM’s- Manage sales budgets and future pipeline of each Project Manager- Ensure that each project business unit is running profitably- Manage financial project budgets with assistance from the CFO- Manage the national projects P&L with assistance from the CFO- Manage the process to ensure that our aged receivables are on time in conjunction with the CFO.- Ensure that compliance and safety measures are implemented and adhered too- Provide requested monthly reports to the Managing Director
