My role at CMP Resolutions was broadly to raise the profile of both their public training courses and mediation and investigation service. My Key aims were:1.Support and assist in the development and implementation of CMP Resolutions business to business sales and marketing activities.2.Support the development and success of the marketing function of CMP Resolutions.3.Take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects. In order to achieve these targets my specific responsibilities included; 1. Re-designing the companies website in-line with our SEO policy.2.Creation and editing of the companies new interactive media collections.3.Database management.4.Creating and maintaining a list of PR contacts and submitting press releases.5.Monitoring and evaluating the ROI of the marketing function and supplying information to allow reports to be prepared for management and Board meetings.
