I am responsible for new business development at Watermill Group. I also serve on three company Boards and Chair two audit committees. For over 40 years, Watermill Group and its predecessor, have been acquiring, operating, and improving industrial manufacturing, distribution and service businesses. We have completed approximately 100 transactions and have acquired companies in a variety of circumstances including corporate carve-outs, family sales, complex cross border or distressed/bankruptcy processes. We have the financial, strategic and operational expertise to take on the most complex or time sensitive challenges.
