CurrentMy task was to develop this new brand, push the product to the market and generate sales. I had no team, extremely limited budget, and we had huge inventory problems. Responsibilities: - Shaping and Executing main marketing strategy. Planning marketing budgets. - Social Media Marketing. Building brand image on social media, creating content plan, customer and influencer relations.- Content Creation. Supplying brand with all content, needed for brand development and sales. Pre-production, production, post-production. - Influencer and Affiliate Marketing. Selecting influencers and goals of cooperating with them. Establishing good relationships and comfortable working environment. - Email marketing. Developing mechanisms for growth of the email base.- Customer relations. Customer satisfaction - Coordinating a Web designer and Developer to create a high-conversion, high-retention website. - Coordinating SEO manager to improve website performance, increase traffic, identify weak points and eliminate them, decrease card abandonment rate. - Analysing performance of sales channels (website, social networks, Amazon profile), finding weak points and improving performance. - Digital advertising. Google Ads, Meta, Amazon. Creating targeted campaigns with high ROAS.- Amazon store setup and design. - B2B Relations and Sales. Building long-lasting, profitable relations with strategic partners and distributors.- Product development. Making sure new product will succeed on the market. Brainstorming new products with the CEO. - Mentoring new staff members. - Organising company presence at trade shows. Developing new connections with retailers and media. Presenting products in media press releases. Currently Shooters Global is a fully self sustainable, profitable company with ever growing presence in the shooting industry, which doubles its revenue every year. I lead the department of 6 people and have no intention of slowing down.
