1. Acts as Team Leader for TPM recruitment, training, coach, support.2. Tool project management process maintenance. System (MODAM/Crystal-ball/Tool rolling forecast/Claim) audit and follow up.3. Acts as global tool project management contract window to coordinate with all related function department in LOM.4. Milestone review to monitor all tool projects progress and all related document in record.5. Tool projects overall status weekly review and open item follow up.6. Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

1． Tool project planning and set up: - Tool plan and V&A plan in line with project plan. - Tool maker resource reserve and confirmation. - Tool project create in MODAM. - Tool quotation review and create in TRF.2． Tool concept and design realization: - Tools specification collection and fixed with ESI/production plant to update MODAM. - Customer's 3D/2D files management and release to tool maker control. - Arrange file review/feedback, tool pre design and pre design review with ESI/production plant. - Tool start kick off meeting with tool maker. - Tool design review and design approval to tool maker. - If start with pro/pre tool first: customer PO/tool manufacturing/test trial/build run/customer modification follow up and lesson learn summarize for mass tools.3． Mass tool manufacturing and verification: - Customer PO/tool manufacturing progress/test trial and optimization/build run/customer modification following up. - VQ/Dimension/Tool function repair plan/action in tool maker side, tool verification run and shipment approval follow up. - Tool shipment and related document/data to production plant follow up.4． Tool verification and approval: - Tool verification in production plant follow and support. - Tool approval and final invoice to customer, TRF update follow up.5． Ramp up and hand over: - All tools responsibility hand over to production plant. - Tooling lesson learn done and upload to system.
