Let 6 unts of 8 totalling to date c.285k sf (further 44k sf unit in legals). 100 acre Brownfield former steelworks site with complex remediation and water quality planning conditions. - West Midlands site - Obtained Outline planning permission for c.485k sf industrial development (joint application with Housebuilder); Design Code approval obtained, Reserved Matters consent expected July ’24; re-negotiated collaboration agreement with housebuilder; purchased third party residential property into the scheme; negotiated land drawdown and price (ongoing). - Strategic site in Essex – Greenbelt, 100 acre site, developed and submitted Hybrid planning application for 1.3m sf across 8 units, largest being 537k sf cross-docked unit.
