The scope of services provided were for Development Consultancy, Agency, Lease Advisory, Asset Management and Valuation purposes for a range of LSH's retained clients including Henry Boot, BBC, ITV, Wandsworth Council, Camden Council, Newham Council and Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

I joined the LSH Commercial Graduate Structured Training Scheme in September 2014 following the completion of my degree at Nottingham Trent University. As part of this I spent 6 months in 4 different departments.I qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in October 2016. Jointly responsible for the management of a portfolio of McDonald's Restaurants throughout the North of England for McDonald's owned and Franchised stores, involving the negotiation of rent reviews under supervision, preparing lease renewal recommendations and valuation reports, whilst taking part in the development of refurbishment schemes, side by side drive-thru installation, office moves, tandem projects and land purchases.
