I love interactions with people of all ages. Since high school I have worked at Before and After School Program (BASP) at the local elementary school. I ensure a fun and safe environment for the children. During my time at BASP I have developed excellent communication and problem solving skills. I have interacted with children ranging from preschool to sixth grade, co-workers ranging from high school to college, and parents and grandparents of the children. Occasionally my co-workers and I disagree with how a task should be completed. Using my communication skills we discuss the most efficient way to solve the problem. Knowing how to communicate and problem solve with all ages will help me in my future career as a recreation director.
