Known for being business focused, insightful and pragmatic.I am currently a key member of KPMG’s Infrastructure team with 20 years professional experience of advising rail industry and infrastructure clients. I provide bid strategy and bid writing advice to a number of the major UK private sector rail operators. In total I have advised on around 25 rail franchise transactions and other major operating contracts, and have an exceptional track record on delivering high scoring technical submissions for winning bidders. I also provide economic and commercial advice on major infrastructure projects including HS2. My previous experience includes nine years at SDG where I advised DfT on rail franchise specification and procurement, demand and revenue forecasting, economic appraisal and commercial negotiations as well as a number of private sector clients. I also have significant cross-sector experience advising numerous blue-chip, FTSE 100/250 companies when I led the economics consultancy team at Cebr (2008-2010).
