- Coordinating the whole university approach to mental health and well-being by liaising with stakeholders across the school.- Running Mission, Values and Strategy process, including process design, workshop facilitation and strategy delivery for the Student Wellbeing Services.-Designing and delivering a student co-production strategy.- Embedding collaborative working practices such as setting up operational working groups structure.

Working with organisations and movements to advocate for the use of sortition (lottery selection) as a means to make more collaborative, agile, innovative and trusted decisions. I've worked with several organisations to consult on deliberative projects including Byline Festival, Extinction Rebellion, WeTheFuture and Climate2025. I co-founded INSA (International Network of Sortition Advocates) which was born out attempts to engage our members from across the globe. I'm currently working on a strategy to use the citizen assembly model in non-civic organisations as a means of making better decisions, better.

Leading the project development working to transform mental health and wellbeing outcomes in schools across London through delivery of physical activity and pupil mentoring on key skills such as resilience, regulation and relationships. Recently managed a pioneering neurocognitive development programme in educational settings.Strategic Growth – Led a team to remodel an existing programme into a scalable model which has grown footprint in London schools from four to fifteen in two years. The skills incorporated here include budget planning, programme design and objective setting.Relationship Management - Managing delivery across fifteen schools by maintaining effective relationships. Additionally, managing high profile stakeholder relationship with Impact on Urban Health and other diverse funding partners including community groups and housing associations. This includes regular risk management and developing processes to help mitigate against any issues that may arise.Leadership - Leading a team of 15, my role is person centered. I’m responsible for supporting their training and development in the company. I've have successfully lobbied on their behalf to secure wage increases, travel allowances and better sick pay. This has dramatically improved retention and delivery quality.Evaluation Lead - working with research team from Centre of Educational Neuroscience to design and manage delivery of evaluation process to working with over 30 schools nationally. As part of this I set up systems used nationally to track and measure inputs and impact.

Envision is an organisation that nurtures the growth of young people, enabling them with the tools to succeed. We did this by helping them develop social action projects to benefit their community.Programme Design and Facilitation - Designed full curriculum delivered in weekly sessions, using social action and campaigning to cultivate the capacity and confidence of young people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Managed and influenced the delivery of over 20 social action campaigns on a diverse range of topics that have positively impacted local communities.Relationship Management - Successful relationship management with diverse stakeholders. 100% retention rate of school partners . 100% satisfaction rate from business mentors who fund the programme. Established five new partnerships with charities.Training and People Management - Trained 62 business mentors to strengthen the development of the young people in facilitated sessions. Set up a recruitment plan for new volunteers, increasing enrollment by 200%. Line managed five volunteers, setting up development plans to optimize experience and contribution to programme.Project Management - Used own initiative to set up Youth Board to boost youth voice. Ran successful pilot in London, then desgined and managed project to roll it out nationally. Coordinated three successful events involving over 200 attendees each time catering to external stakeholders including High Net-Worth individuals and the Deputy Mayor of London.

My main role for was to assist the staff and the community at a Reconciliation Centre in a deprived part of the city. Generally, this involved researching methodologies and strategies relating to peace and reconciliation and presenting how they can be used to work with targeted community groups (e.g. street vendors, women, students and displaced persons).One of my main successes was in regard to fundraising. I identified that there were a lack of funds and pressingly, a lack of fundraising strategies. After raising these concerns with the coordinator I was tasked with writing a self-sustainability proposal (attached unformatted) which was very well received and will provide the basis for the Reconciliation Centre's future funding strategy. Other important tasks I carried out were reformulating the feedback forms for the community sessions to include qualitative data sets and thus, their impact became easier to measure. Additionally I was utilised to translate documents from English-Spanish and vice versa.I believe it's important to add that I completed this work communicating (writing and speaking) solely in Spanish, a language that I had been learning for just over a year and a half. The internship with the 'Fundación para la Reconciliación was unfortunately cut short due to Visa restrictions. However, I learned some valuable skills and it furthered my passion to work in International Development.
