I do this when I fly airplanes, and I do this at work. This has ranged from creating buy/sell algorithms to creating new workflow procedures in large organizations with an overreliance on legacy systems.However, I am not a fan of automation because I don't like people. I am a fan of automation because I love people. I want people to have systems they can rely on, and spend less of their time being frustrated or performing tasks they find tedious-tasks that can also be performed incorrectly. An incorrectly performed task doesn't benefit anyone, because there isn't a worker out there who isn't anxious about making mistakes. I want to make life better for those people, and for everyone. I work well in teams or alone, but I will always be there for anyone who needs my help- and I perform every task I am asked to do. I enjoy innovating and organizing, and I am an inbox zero/GTD guy. Lastly, I am a father to two amazing little girls who mean the world to me. I am a proud girl dad- my wife and I are truly living the dream each and every day.
