I have recently completed the renovation of an 8 bedroom, 5 bathroom farmhouse in the Cotswolds. This project involved structural works, new plumbing and electrics throughout, new septic tank, upgrade of 62 single glazed windows to double glazed windows. This property is now let out on a long term tenancy.Prior to the farmhouse project I project managed the build of a large high spec open plan residential home in the Cotswolds. As a side project alongside this I converted an old railway wagon into a glamping tiny house which is now let for short stays. Previously I worked with a property developer managing the development of 6 houses within an old steam mill in Oxfordshire. Immediately after graduating at Plymouth University with a degree in Construction Management & Environment I worked for a multinational Main Contractor in Design Management, BIM Management and Site Management.
