*Responsible for Capital Engineering Projects up to £7.5million. *Project management from feasibility and design phase through to implementation, commissioning and handover. *Working in and leading multi-functional teams.*Project communication and stakeholder management.*Experience in leading continuous improvement projects.*Six Sigma Green Belt.*Typical projects include; Installation of a new production line, optimisation of existing production equipment, upgrading factory service systems, decommissioning and removal of redundant assets.*Involved in recruitment, mentoring and line management of junior engineers.

Industrial Placement Student. Responsible for scale up of pharmaceutical process from lab to pilot plant to full scale production. I also carried out optimisation studies on existing manufacturing plants.
