I explained my internship experience and explained how my project effected the Flex goals- Presenting my Reconciliation Algorithm for all departments across the entire team- Working with Information Technology department to implement my algorithm into their process.- Attending Coffee talks with department managers with all the interns to learn and implement advice and information given.What I did:- Managed Inventory reconciliation for transport and delivery of produced goods and funds.- Over the course of 3 months, created algorithms to solve complex transit errors in collection data.- Problem solving between all departments- Worked directly with managers and engineers to identify and solve process issues and address action items
