I joined Clancy and the Anglian Water WRN team on a new scheme called Drive Reward/RISC. my role with in this team includes the initial assistance of developing the day to day procedures as well as the ongoing site supervision of our teams which are conducting surveys and investigation works for this project. Further to this new programmes put in place with Map16/ Network intelligence tool being developed have allowed for me to take responsibility for several areas of data transfer and footage uploads along side ensuring the work bench and data was always up to date. my current l role also allowed me to develop on my previous skills including the compliance and safety aspects of Drive Reward (West) where i ensure plant and training is in date and safe. The development and continued update of multiple spreadsheets and sharepoint pages which allow for ease of process has been key to our success as a team. my time is currently split between time on site and time in the office which allows me to ensure the safety and well-being of all our teams as well as updating them on procedures and help with and issues the teams may have.

Following on from my successful time as a van pack operator, I became the designated supervisor for CCTV and Van Packs. This role involved overseeing several other operators and carrying out the CCTV Survey reports from within the main office. My ambitious outlook soon allowed me to progress to a fully office-based role as the manager. In this role, I was in command of several teams and ensure the delivery and quality of contracted and reactive works. along side this i ensured all vans were stocked with the required equipment and tools. I also had to coordinate with the operations team with regards to health and safety and training. A key task within this role included being a liaison between our clients and our on site teams. once reports were produced a would put them through a quality assurance process to ensure all works resulted in complete customers satisfaction.

As a Van Pack Operator/ Team Leader i was expected to take control of my own projects which ranged from standard house hold blockages and CCTV home buyers surveys - to Site Surveys for construction and manufacturing facilities. with in this role i gained valuable customer skills with daily face to face communications as well as time and efficiency management skills. with in this role i carried out a range of non dig and dig repairs from pipe and manhole replacements to patch lining and picote works.

as a part of my new role i was able to develop my skills from a different view point working on the Surveying team. this allowed me to gain far more technical knowledge as well as learn site/ team management skills whilst assisting the Rig leader.

as a combination unit operative i took part in many projects and jobs which were delivered professionally, accurately and on time. with in the role i had the pleasure of working on contracts and projects in the Southern Water, Severn Trent and Thames Water areas.
