I am an experienced facilities contracts director, achieving my goal of now operating my own facilities management company. My leadership skills started from the age of 16 learning to manage the family business of coffee shops and general cafes. I chose to enter the corporate world at the age of 18 working for Vodafone, working my way from the call centre to tech support, network support, sales and working my way up the ladder leading my own team supporting business and corporate clients. I left the corporate world to learn about the financial aspects of running a business with a small company that had the time and support to give me hands on coaching, this led to me entering the facilities management sector with a national provider as a contractors manager covering the UK, Scotland and Ireland. I took the leap in running my own business in 2012 with the confidence to succeed. I will always be thankful to all of my past employers and colleagues that gave me the opportunity to succeed, without them I wouldn’t be where I am today.
