Quickly learned the ropes of property management were I was mentored to build relationships while providing great service. Beat the overall leasing record of the property as a leasing agent with more than 210+ leases (not including renewals) in less than 8 months. Worked hard to gain trust, treat others well and help them understand their obligations. The property collected 100% of its revenues and had no outstanding debts for five consecutive months as soon as it became my responsibility as assistant manager. Learned how to professionally manage and build company profits all at the same time. My interest in Real Estate has been one of my favorite ongoing passions. Having started in the industry as a Leasing Professional, I have quickly caught hold of what is required to succeed in the Real Estate field. Being one that believes in finding common values that are shared with others, I have always loved helping people find somewhere to call home. In a world were differences seem to separate and divide us. I believe that we become the same through one thing: we all need a place to live and call home. This has been my approach as I have strived to provide excellent customer service and positive overall leasing experience. Doing this has helped me close over 120+ leases and over 90 renewals in my short career of fewer than 14 months. Started this position at the highest level one can be as a customer service associate from my the knowledge and experience gained from working at HHI. Transitioned over to this position due to it being less physically demanding which would allow for my wrist injury to heal. I preformed basic duties such as providing excellent customer service, generating leads for credit cards and in home estimates, stocking shelves (mostly by using a forklift for heavy pallets), sorting and maintaining an excellent store display in my department.
