My role at WMS is one of many hats. Commercial Heating quotations for the Buffalo/Rochester/northern PA areas. Order entry, event coordination, calls to engineers/wholesalers/contractors, assisting teaching at Cross Connection Control Foundation- Backflow School in Rochester, residential radiant/snow melt designs. Field repairs, trainings & presentations, and more.

Buffalo/Niagara, New York Area

I took on many responsibilities with this position, the first of which was assisting in getting Trinity Packaging- Buffalo Division SQF level 2 certified. I have assisted the HR Manager with tasks such as filtering resumes, setting up interviews, leading orientations, speaking at meetings, and attending local job fairs. I also worked with the Quality Manager to develop an internal audit schedule, develop work instructions/job descriptions, and create/maintain a preventative maintenance schedule for our machines. I gathered various types of data (floor production, employee quality errors, etc.) to use to help us better understand how we are performing on a daily basis. I was a part of our audit team, a key part of inventory control, and cost estimating.

Write out player updates for multiple sports on a daily basis, providing up to date fantasy news while predicting future outcomes. Also write full length articles about topics relating to the sport. Such as Rising and Falling Strikeout Rates, 'Sleeper' Players, Team Outlooks, and more.

Trinity Packaging Corporation

I perform various tasks when needed, including conducting inventory for our new warehouse, helped manage/update inventory system, created job qualifications, balanced client accounts, and utilized various computer programs to create tables and documents for use.

My responsibilities include (but are not limited to) updating/writing new job descriptions, formatting/updating current company handbooks, creating booklets for benefit open enrollments and process applications, and handling candidate phone screening.

My responsibilities at NCO included working with individuals who had past due balances due to various clients. I work with them to figure out their current situation, and figure out how we can work together to help resolve their balance. While working with these people on the phone, it is also my job do document the accounts of what is said/decided on, and make sure the plan in place works for all parties involved.

At Valu, I worked directly with customers to help them find what they needed to fit their task. I took classes on the products, and was able to build a wide variety of knowledge about the products in store. I also designed end caps/floor layouts, did product inventory, and worked as a cashier as well.
