Ben is currently an Executive Advisor, North America at GHD Advisory. Previously he was a Managing Consultant at Advisian, and the lead of the Consulting team at Worley (WorleyParsons). Ben has deep experience in early capital project development in the energy and infrastructure sectors, most recently in clean energy and energy transition related projects. He has worked extensively on hydrogen, renewables, energy storage, carbon capture and storage, and alternative clean fuels. Within that space he has advised companies on strategic investments, capital project and asset driven growth and diversification, and value creation through M&A and financing. This has included leading multiple >$1bn transactions across the infrastructure and clean and traditional energy sectors.He has presented to industry on the topics of feasible and viable energy transition opportunities and practical approaches to strategy for the future energy company. He has also been interviewed by Reuters on the emerging hydrogen economy and has been academically published on the topic of the energy transition and alternate asset use.Ben holds a Master of Finance and received First Class Honours for a Bachelor of Engineering, both from the University of New South Wales, Australia, and has furthered his education at Stanford and the University of Chicago. He is a dual Australian-Canadian Citizen.
