I recently graduated from University College London (UCL) with Second Class Honours (Upper Division) in BA History. As a history graduate I have developed a passion for uncovering insights and understanding complex narratives I am currently bringing these analytical skills into customer-focused roles in the insurance industry. Currently working as a Customer Sales Advisor at Admiral Insurance, where I apply my detail-oriented approach and communication expertise to support clients in making informed insurance decisions.During my degree, I developed many skills that include critical thinking/analysis, effective and analytical writing, reading large quantities of documents in short periods, time management and enhanced communication skills. I want to continue to build on these skills, however, I am driven to step outside of my comfort zone and learn new skills.
