Over the last 20+ years, I have worked in both start-up and corporate environments and have been lucky enough to be on the ride from one to the other. I've had the opportunity of doing everything from supporting clients as a senior technician, to training and demoing for enterprise clients, to leading multi-tiered teams of engineers as a senior manager. I love creating! From training programs to knowledge bases, team structure, to client documentation, applying creativity to business needs is where I succeed.
