With the formation of a new Strategy and Transformation function in Suncorp Bank I have moved from the Suncorp Group Enterprise Architecture team, back into Bank Technology as the Bank's Enterprise Architect in the S&T team.This team's mission is to create tighter interaction between Business and Technology strategies as the bank progresses to its sale to ANZ.I also keep the role of Lead Architect for Bank Technology for the Bank Transition Program (Sale of the bank to ANZ).And also maintain ties with the Enterprise Architecture function as the EA Bank Co-ordinator.

In this role I have undertaken the following tasks:- Bank sale to ANZ: worked on the pre-sale due diligence technical component of the sale, defining architecture context, catalogue and costing; answering ANZ questions and video calls, etc- currently working on the Bank Transition (sale) Project team- Founded the Bank Architecture team- Established and managed the Bank Arch governance, forum, processes, asset management, etc- Principal contributor to the 2020 APRA review of Suncorp - APRA response was the best bank architecture they had seen to date- Proposed and established the Bank's Data Store to facilitate the Bank's Digital Enablement - a fore-runner to the Open Banking solution. Now known as the Digital Core.- Put together the Bank's BEAR responsibilities statement content- Responsible for Bank Strategies and Roadmaps- Foundation member of the CDR Program- Foundation member of the Marketplace program (Suncorp App)- Principal architect on Ignite program (Oracle Banking Platform)- Provided R&D concept data from Ignite for Suncorp R&D Tax rebate (worth multi-million dollars in rebates per year)- Also doubled as Home Lending architect, Business Banking architect & Wealth Architect- Bank representative on: * Life Transition (sale) project, * Wealth Transition project, * Identity Platform Replacement, * Automation program, * API strategy council, * Domain Architecture Council Working Group lead, * Internet Banking Taskforce, * Risk Appetite Statement (Fraud) Taskforce, * and pretty much every other major program or work.

Managing a team developing Ellipse based Dashboard and BI tools using the Ventyx FocalPoint product.

Primary responsibility is leading a team of Architects and Developers in the development and support of Integration products for Ventyx.Major products developed include the Ellipse to SAP Integration and the GIS Integration.I also manage several other projects in conjunction with these major products. Such as Ventyx's Business Intelligence solution for Ellipse and client support management for various clients.I have also worked on several special purpose projects and assignments such as White Papers and other strategic documents.
