Marketing was critical to support the product to the dealers as well as the end user so we developed marketing programs as well as ad campaigns that helped support the product during its branding stage to help create an image. The Shimano experience was very important in formulating a overall thought process of product support from "Womb to Tomb". Best learning experience of my life.
