Short position in temporary stores running day to day operations in the absence of the store manager.

At the Range, the position of Customer Services Assistant, requires the complete control of The Customer Service Desk, all checkouts and the Confectionery Department. This includes Answering the phones, serving customers any sales, refunds, exchanges or Customer Orders. Also there is the management of the food itself, including date rotation, movement of the department, using the tannoy system. Completing the appropriate paperwork when an item is reduce, putting it in one of the two folders required, dependant on the reduction amount. Providing support to any of the other departments that may require it, and on top of all of this, I was the Head of the Charity Committee, on behalf of St Lukes Hospice, Basildon. A very challenging job which kept me busy at all times.

At GAME, my sole responsibility was smooth operations of the Cash Desk, serving all purchasing customers and supporting them as best I Can, weather it be Customer Queries, or Refunds and Exchanges.

At Woolworths, my job was to remain at the tills and serve any customers that may come my way. But, I was known as the quickest and most accurate Cashier, at the Store.
