Worked on various projects including: Contactless chip and pin rollout - coordinated and assisted field engineers in swapping out and upgrading chip and pin technology for all Poundland and Dealz tills. Assisted in the opening of 250 new stores across the UK following the takeover of 99p stores.

As a build engineer I was made responsible for the build process of 750 Panasonic Toughbooks. From the start of my contract I helped reshape the way the machines were being built and increased productivity significantly. When I left the Desktop Refresh Project the building of the TB's was nearly complete and the team was in a position to finish them and have them deployed within two weeks.
