Through a full review of current Business Development and Marketing within the company I can highlight areas for improvement, advise on ways to improve and implement this new strategy to attract new clients.Where looking to expand or have expanded; companies can often lack the process and structure to cope with an influx of new clients and with senior management focussed on delivering the end product or service it can leave little room to consider if the processes involved could be optimised and be more efficient and/or effective. So as the company grows their output can become less consistent or compromised meaning that the true potential is not realised and too much focus is placed on fire-fighting. I can help with that. Through a thorough review of current processes across all company departments I can identify ways to improve and help implement the changes needed.While it is companies I work 'for', it is people that I work 'with'. Every aspect of what I do requires building trusting relationships with company owners, directors, managers and team members. As such; I provide leadership and performance coaching to both private individuals and companies. Coaching can be to help address problems or shortcomings but also to help an individual to excel within their current role and beyond. It really inspires me to see people grow within a coaching programme. I have been coaching sport at various levels since I was 18 (still do!) and have adapted that into coaching business managers and leaders. Since being founded in 2009; Sheppard Developments has undertaken a wide variety of property development projects with a focus on retail and residential across the UK. The company has provided development management to clients from individual land owners through to PLC property firms on projects ranging in size from £500,000 up to £5,000,000 as well as undertaking developments of its own.

Founding partner in mixed use development company establishing sites across the midlands for retail, residential and social housing developments. In 2012 and with a development pipeline secured for coming years, I sold my shares in order to focus on the growth of Sheppard Developments.
