I am a PhD student at Imperial, and my research involves using structural biology techniques and related biophysical methods to study amyloid proteins involved in biofilm formation which lead to infections and antibiotic resistance. Aside from my main focus on biogenesis of amyloid fibrils, I also apply my research skills on NMR metabolomics and synthetic biology.Outside of research, my biggest passion in life is baseball. I have been involved with the British baseball community for six years as a player, umpire, volunteer, and youth coach and am passionate about community outreach and growing the sport in the country.
