My interests are in people and in movement. One of the most important questions we can ask is "why?". I want to know what motivates people, and who or what do they care about. This is the approach I take as a Strength and Conditioning coach and an aspiring Physical Therapy student. As a neuroscience major and varsity athlete at Kenyon College I have developed a love for first principles thinking, hard work, and an approach to life that puts people at the center.I continue to broaden my knowledge and experience through exploration of proven material, shadowing opportunities, and a mindset where any conversation with another may have something to teach me. I am eager to learn from everyone and to help people find their "why", to keep them in their game for as long as possible.
