Leadership Rotational Program: Emergent Analytics

First rotation in Boeing's Leadership Rotational Program within the Emergent Analytics group, helping provide visualization tools for manufacturing sites to help support their lean initiatives.Core projects included:1) Developing and maintaining job and/or Work Order Burndown plots for aircrafts within the factories. Introduced predictive calculations to estimate delivery dates for program leaders.2) Helped build and maintain tools which could identify areas of opportunity by highlighting key metrics, such as cycle time, takt time, traveled work, etc.3) Worked closely with integrated planning & scheduling to identify an optimal way for tracking aircraft position in the factory, allowing for more accurate metrics and new vizualitions.
