I am currently in my 4th year of mechanical engineering at Dalhousie University, where I am a straight-A student. I have coop experience at Protocase and Lockheed Martin, where I worked in research and development and ship systems design respectively. I received the best possible ratings in every category on the supervisor’s final report for every coop term. Specifically, I worked with 3D printing, creating solutions to various issues encountered by sheet metal and CNC production workers, verifying and organizing data and requirements for communications systems on a military ship, and verifying line of sight requirements for topside components on said ship. Over the past five months, I have also created a virtual reality video game from scratch with no assistance. This was done using Unity, C#, Blender, Microsoft Visual Studio, Audacity, Gimp, Etc... I also have experience with land surveying, tree planting, working with the Town of Antigonish recreation, and various self-employed labour jobs.
