Design of new prototype products including:Conventional Motorcycle fork - This taken over at conceptual stage and all detailed design carried out for every part. Forged, moulded and fully machined components with various surface treatments. I brought this product to prototype stage whilst with Nitron and continued the valving characterisation for my final year project at Oxford Brookes University. It has since been released into the Japanese market.ATV Motocross Dampers - I developed the concept for these dampers, again bringing them to prototype/testing level. First hand testing was carried out by myself. However, the project was put on hold and not picked up again while I was with NitronOff-road Dirt Oval Car Racing Dampers - Working with a customer in the U.S. to develop a competitive an entire new range of dampers for this discipline. I carried out much of the detailed design before leaving Nitron to complete my university studies.
