Ben Simmons is a graduate of Baylor University, where he studied Communication, Film, and Italian.He accepted a Graduate Internship with Golin-Chicago in March of 2021, working for clients such as ConAgra Brands, DOW Chemicals, and Essilor of America, gaining valuable insights into the world of public relations and social media. Ben honed his skills in paid media promotions and strategic digital marketing for these iconic brands, leading social strategies and lending insights to earn increased following month over month.In September of 2021, Ben accepted an Associate position with Golin-Dallas as a Digital Connector working with Cisco accounts in multiple spaces. Currently, Ben oversees community management, content creation, and social strategies for Cisco, Norton-LifeLock, and Purina brands. He helped launch net new social accounts from ground zero, led product innovation promotion, and actively plans client event promotion and activations. Ben has helped his clients remain connected and engaged with their respective communities, growing following and delivering consistent results.In his spare time, Ben is a dedicated musician, developing creative skills in the audio space through production, scoring, and instrumental creation. Ben was briefly creator, editor, and manager of the blog site, The Marseille Turn (themarseilleturn.com), which focused on all things music, culture, and sport. Ben's passion shines through in his creative writing, authoring and hosting pieces centered around music, art, and sport.
