My role as Service Operations Manager is to drive efficiencies within the team to bolster productivity and customer experience. I am an escalation point for the service desk team and work closely with the directors to improve general operations and deliver results.I hold meetings for service desk staff and management respectively, to discuss improvements internally to help move us forward in an ever-changing market.I work closely with our customers to ensure that targets and expectations are met, ensuring that they are getting as much as possible for their money.I also cover all areas of the business due to my experience in all departments and flexibility in knowledge.

My role is creating a seamless and easy transition for our customers when coming onboard to work with us. I work with them to make sure they best know how to use our services and be on hand for any queries, issues and concerns they may have.
