Aura, renowned as Australia's largest masterplanned community, is a testament to Ben's exceptional skill in creating large-scale, cohesive communities that enhance living standards and foster community spirit.Following his success at Stockland, Ben assumed the role of President at St. Bourke, a division of Drapac Capital Partners in the USA. He transformed the company, leading to substantial revenue growth, expanding the client base, and managing a large portfolio of development projects.Now, as CEO of Placewell, Ben leverages his unrivalled expertise in community creation and placemaking. His leadership is instrumental in advancing Placewell’s mission to craft thriving communities.
