Oversee all wage and benefit administration, employment and staffing, orientation and training, safety, worker’s compensation/litigation for 220 team members.Develop a well-trained focused store team that emphasizes quality guest service. Direct the implementation of the company’s personnel programs in the store environment.Proactively identify human resource issues, propose solutions, and follow through with implementation.Interpret policy and ensure a fair and consistent application of personnel policies and procedures. Resolve all internal employee relation issues. Act as liaison between team members and all levels of leadership.Monitor store wide diversity mix to ensure store climate reflects diversity of local area.Ensure high level of team member morale, communication, and mutual respect. Counsel team members to resolve work related problems. Always accessible and available for team members.
