CurrentAs Lead Architect and Team Leader of Cru (non-profit gross revenues in excess of $680 million) Business Intelligence solutions I had four strategic goals: (1) Integrate (Data Virtuality / Informatica) diverse and siloed information from various data sources into a single data repository (Oracle, AWS PostgreSQL and Google BigQuery) and design business models (OBIEE) to complement distinct strategies; (2) Mine (Answers, SQL, R) and present (Dashboards and Reports) valuable and strategic information to leadership for making tactical decisions; (3) Leverage the Business Intelligence environment to create new and unique opportunities through the use of descriptive, diagnostic, predictive and prescriptive techniques.; (4) Provide insight to our marketing initiatives through segmentation and post campaign analysis to increase donor engagement and revenue In fulfilling these goals I oversaw the integration of data (information) both internal and external to the organization. Including but not limited to, Enterprise CRM (Siebel and NetSuite), HR (PeopleSoft) and Financial (PeopleSoft and NetSuite) data that spanned both U.S. and Global Operations. In addition, I was responsible for the integration of data from our web and mobile applications as well as purchased third party data used to enhance our insights. I worked closely with all of our service groups to support ongoing initiatives, including Fund Development, Major Donor Caseload Management, Donor and Partner Management, Financial auditing and HR management. Fund Development initiatives included marketing segmentation, post campaign analysis and recommendations. with timely reporting and dashboards. I was also responsible for the security and integrity of the data with an emphasis on data access using a roles based model. We provided strategic analysis of our web and mobile application data to drive decision making processes to prioritize enhancements and improve efficiency and user experience.
