Responsible for execution and monitoring of the entire sales pipeline for a fast-growing bootstrapped scheduling and business management software company. Provided outstanding relationship-based account management for over 400 active clients, leading to consistent growth and exceptional retention. Supervised a team of 4, providing direct oversight for escalated client issues, client onboarding, development roadmapping, and internal processes improvements. Created content for and managed social media accounts. Wrote a wide range of technical and in-depth content to accomplish educational and sales-related goals for the leading floatation tank industry consultant. Directed content strategy and managed a team of 4 writers and an illustrator. Responsible for copy editing, formatting, and signing off on content and design for the blog, as well as our free and paid products. Analyzed and created relevant industry data to further target content. Worked with team to overhaul the IA, design, layout, and copy for our website.

Put on the yearly float industry conference with a fantastic team. This 5-day event had over 700+ attendees, 40 sponsors, 45 speakers, and 14 food trucks. Helped craft conference vision and communications, including developing website content and creating branding and marketing outreach materials. Served as main point of contact for all attendees and speakers. Responsible for set design and on-site speaker management (speakers ranged from prominent podcasters and leading scientists to academic, athletic, and military researchers).

Worked with a close-knit team to organize, plan, and execute a broad range of programming, conferences, and events for this mission-based non-profit. Collaborated with key departments and staff, including communications, development, subject matter experts, research, and executive teams. Organized all aspects of, and was the main point of contact for, the International Symposium for Contemplative Studies which brought in 1,700 attendees, 130 speakers, 200 poster presentations, and keynote speakers His Holiness the Dalai Lama and Arianna Huffington. Worked in close contact with scientists, researchers, and academics to ensure consistent messaging throughout initiatives and projects. Led the Visiting Scholars Program, and ran many contemplative research and leadership-oriented workshops and retreats. This included planning a weeklong intensive retreat focusing on the intersection of mindfulness, leadership, and social justice, featuring leaders like Dr. Daniel Goleman, Mirabai Bush, and Dr. Daniel Siegel.

Provided consistent care and innovative programming to children and teens with emotional and behavioral issues. Created personalized behavioral plans, developed activities like team sports, taught skills such as mindful breathing and cultivated a safe and productive environment for learning and growth. Participated in leadership, conflict resolution, and team building skills trainings. Collaborated with other counselors, therapists, and external treatment teams.

Coordinated and cooperated with a team of 14 workers and managers to accomplish the fast-paced needs of a large-scale CSA farm (Community Supported Agriculture). Learned the value of direct communication and its importance in adding to the efficiency and success of a dynamic business. Ran an all-day CSA share pickup, interacted with customers, operated farm equipment, and gained insight into the intricacies of crop planning and management.

During this fellowship, I had the opportunity to develop content, edit material, and design print layout for a large report on farming, farmland preservation, and community development in Massachusetts. I also coordinated with professionals in the environmental field and sat in on interagency meetings.
