Chancellor of Engineering at B&R Moll. At B&R Moll we design our machines to fit our customers needs. Designing or modifying an existing machine of ours is the most common thing I do here. Designing a brand new machine is the fun part. I have designed and created multiple machines here at B&R Moll, helped redesign even more, and I am always helping to create new tooling for our existing machines as well.I also work closely with our Assembly department to create visual, interactive assembly manuals using Solidworks Composer. I use my models to depict exactly where a part goes. This helps both new hires and existing assemblers if they are not familiar with a machine.When I first arrived here, the Solidworks assemblies were not always 1:1 with our business management BoM's. I have worked to make my department match up to these, as well as correcting any errors that were ever overlooked. Doing so has brought our Purchasing & Sales Departments, our Assembly Department, our Machine Shop, and our R&D and Engineering Departments all on the same page.
