- I started as a sales consultant within Phones 4 U and I now currently manage two stores within Coventry City Centre.- I have a great record of developing people, having mentored 7 sales consultants into deputy manager roles and 3 deputy managers into general store manager roles.- I have been extremely successful within my role and well known for turning struggling teams into successful teams with a very impressive track record in sales. I have in fact exceeded my target for the past 15 consecutive months.- I have been developed through Phones 4U’s Management Development Programme where I achieved distinction.Senior General Manager – Coventry City Centre (Jan 2013 – present)• Currently managing two city centre Phones 4U stores consisting of 14 team members in one store and three team members in the other. • Responsible for day-to-day general management of these stores including coaching and development, driving sales, team reviews and people management, administration tasks.• I head a region of ten stores on behalf of Blackberry which I train and motivate to drive sales.

General Store Manager – Birmingham Bull Ring (Sept 2012 – Jan 2013)• I was bought in to motivate and inspire a struggling and deflated team in a flagship store over December’s peak period. Within little over a month, the team had become one of the most successful and powerful in the region. Over the month of December, this store sold more contracts than any other store in the company.

General Store Manager – Stratford-Upon-Avon (March 2012 – Sept 2012)• This store had been open for a little over a year and had never hit target. In my first month there, through sheer drive and determination, our team achieved 101% of our target. The store went from strength-to-strength, consistently achieving across all measures during my time as manager there.

Took on my first management role within Phones 4 U. I excelled in this role and within six months was promoted to a general store manager role.
