I am a young & confident individual who wishes to progress within the FMCG manufacturing industry after recently gaining my Level 4 qualification for Food Hygiene in Management (Advanced Food Hygiene) & Level 4 Award In HACCP. (HACCP For Management). 9 years ago I began my career within the FMCG industry and completed my PMEO (Performing Manufacturing Engineering Operations) NVQ. From there on I now have 5 years of supervisory/ management experience & have progressed into a position carrying high levels of responsibility which leads a team & carries levels of responsibilities within a production area & other site departments. including experience dealing with customer auditors. I have gained relevant experience from my job role and leading a group of people within my area, including HACCP & BRC knowledge/ experience and the importance of business KPI’s & LEAN manufacturing and meeting production targets in correspondence with quality. Producing for leading manufactures such as M&S, Waitrose, Tesco, Asda, Morrisons, Aldi & Lidl. I have also gained experience in working with Safe Systems of Work & Standard Operational Procedures. The combination of my knowledge gained, self-belief & hard work makes me feel I am ready for this next step which could prove to be a pivotal point in my early career.
