l promote the use of technology as a means of communication and networking within ACPA-MI (E-newsletter, webinars, etc). I encourage the Leadership Team to use various forms of social media to meet the needs of the membership. I am responsible for developing a communication strategy brand management plan to enhance organizational effectiveness. I will evaluate, revise, and enhance ACPA-MI promotional materials and other media efforts.

• Managed designated Q+I residence hall by creating a database process to track and manage space being used• Scheduled move-ins for residential students who must Q+I and assist on-site using contactless check-in process• Enforced public health orders, residence hall and university policy while proactively communicating with students • Determined protocol and expectations for Residence Hall Director daily check-in calls with students that are active cases• Maintained strict confidentiality while adhering to FERPA and HIPPA regulations
