In my role as a classroom teacher, I have taught using a variety of delivery methods including face-to-face, hybrid and online. I have specialised in the teaching of HSIE curriculum subjects of 7-10 History, Geography, Commerce and Stage 6 Business Studies. I have contributed to the curriculum design team responsible for the alignment of NSW syllabus HSIE units of work to ACARA v.9 content descriptor statements to ensure programs and assessments used across all the organisation’s Australian campuses align.Responsible for, and contributed to, the following aspects of professional knowledge and practice within the History and HSIE faculties: curriculum design and development; assessment, reporting and feedback strategies; classroom management; differentiated instruction; communication and collaboration with peers; and technology integration.

My role as a homeroom teacher and year group advisor has seen me be responsible for all aspects of wellbeing and its impacts on the learning of the students in the year group at the Orange campus. My role has been to nurture students' emotional, social, and academic wellbeing through personalised mentorship and guidance, providing them a safe and supportive environment to assist them with their personal challenges and growth.

This role saw me teaching classes at two remote school in the Diocese – years 3-4 at St. Jospeh’s Primary School in Finely 2713 (0.6FTE), and years 2,3,4 at St. Joseph’s Primary School in Jerilderie 2716 (0.4FTE). Both roles emphasised the need to develop engaging, multi-level lessons that supported diverse learning needs across a range of instructional levels and the adaption of teaching approaches to fit the unique, close-knit environments of each school and community.

For Term 4 2019 I taught a year 10 English class, a year 10 Curriculum Support class, a year 7 HSIE class and a year 8 HSIE class. Responsible for all teaching aspects and elements of curriculum delivery, assessment, reporting and classroom management.

Cover/relief teacher for colleagues absent on school commitments, PD or personal/sick leave. Responsible for the teaching and learning environments of these teachers' classes. This role has seen me teach classes across all curriculum areas, all stage/year levels from Transition through to Year 12, as well as a diverse range of students from a wide variety of backgrounds.

Charged with the Duty of Care, pastoral care, wellbeing and behaviour management of 40-45 years 9-12 students in a senior boys boarding house. I oversee the day-to-day running and administration of the boarding house; liaise with parents, careers, guardians and other school staff; provide academic support and guidance to students; lived in-house for the duration of my tenure in this position and completed sundry other duties in and for other boarding houses covering absent staff.

Completed a 4 week, full-time bloc as the Learning Support Teacher in The Armidale School’s Middle School (years 6-8). This role saw me provide curriculum adjustment and support for students with additional learning needs, teach a Literacy learning needs class and assist colleagues and their classes prepare for upcoming end of semester exams.

Student Learning Support Officer (SLSO) to the Kindergarten class at Uralla Central School, Uralla, NSW, 2358 in the last 5 weeks of term 4 2018. This role saw me assisting the teacher with the behavioural and learning needs of a student with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as catering to the general teaching and learning requirements of the rest of the class.

This role saw me deliver community and school based cricket programs that aligned with the Australian Health and Physical Education Curriculum as well as the NSW PDHPE Syllabus in the New England region of NSW.

Western Region Academy of Sport (WRAS) Business Admin Traineeship (Full Time):- Was contracted to work at the Western Region Academy of Sport through Skillset to complete my Certificate III in Business Administration.- Designed, wrote, published and distributed WRAS’s 2012 Annual Report and Yearbook.- Re-organised and re-wrote sections of the WRAS Policy and Procedure Manual.- Tasked with the maintenance of the Academy's website, each athletes/coaches/interns email systems and designed, wrote and compiled surveys to be completed by all members of the academy at the end of events/trainings and the squad calendar year. - Organised squad events and training days as well as whole academy camps. Also organised the WRAS RACE Lectures and the WRAS Sportsplay events.- Tasked with the logistical organisation of the Academy's squads for the WRAS office. I was the link between the squad coaches, S&C interns and the athletes for the office. - Was an office administrator. Some small responsibilities included: answering phone and email enquiries, balancing the organisations petty cash and cheques/deposits, developing and writing organisational documents, producing and implementing budgets and spread sheets, researching, buying and managing sporting equipment, organising and running live-in camps, sending/receiving and recording electronic and traditional correspondence and reorganised the the back-up hard drives for WRAS’s archival records just to name a few.

Worked in the service department from April 2010 till January 2013.Responsibilities included:- Customer service (complaints, inquiries, sales)- Handling of cash (sales, ordering, collection, storage)- Supervisor of self-serve and standard checkouts- Stock takes- Trolley and basket collection/return- Cleaning duties- Stock return to shelves (also restocking service area products)- Sundry tasks for other departmentsWorked in the dairy and nightfill departments from January 2013 until January 2014.
