Prior to forming Highline Water Services in 2018, he worked as a production and projects engineer for Endeavor Resources, engineering consultant for BTA, and production engineer for Bopco. Mr. Spinks received his B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from Texas A&M University. He and his wife Elizabeth reside in Midland, Texas.
