At my engineering company, Amine Experts (a division of Sulphur Experts), I specialize in H2S and CO2 removal from gas and liquid streams. Most of our work is in refineries, gas plants and LNG plants, but have also done work at steel mills, and power plants doing carbon capture. I spend about half of my time traveling the world either giving papers at conferences, providing on-site training to engineers and operators, or troubleshooting existing processing facilities.I am a third degree blackbelt in taekwon do, and a five time Canadian heavyweight sparring champion. I used my TKD background to work my way into kickboxing and for the last several years I was a master instructor for Fitness Kickboxing Canada, a fantastic organization where our goal was to teach correct kickboxing techniques to fitness instructors.
