Responsible for Forecasting for the Nestle UK warehouses. Created a series of Power BI reports for Logistics.

• Coordinated and managed the applications for AEO (Authorised Economic Operator) for Nestle UK, CPUK, Purina Petcare & Nestle Waters UK. This involved coordinating applications across all functions within the business and involved input from 20+ sites (including our third parties) followed by 11 site audits by HMRC.• Implemented a Yard Management System at York & DDOF, working with two external companies to develop the solution using an agile sprint-like process• Designed and implemented a Transport Strategy for our new site at Princes Gate, integrating the business into our current transport operation• Transformed the way Nestle reports delivery failures on Power BI and set up a forum within the business to monitor and track opportunities to reduce these further.
