I am co-founding editor and creative director of Iskra Books, a non-profit (501c3), worker-owned, scholarly publisher with a worldwide readership—specializing in the print publication of intellectually rigorous, visually appealing, and accessible books, journals, and prints.I stay connected to higher education as a university educator and researcher working from the frameworks of political and organizational ecology, designing and delivering classes in philosophy at Central State University and, more recently, Southern New Hampshire University.I hold PhD and MS degrees in environmental studies, as well as a MA in philosophy, and am currently pursuing a second doctorate (EdD) to better understand and implement the connection between theory and practice in the field of radical publishing.
